Greenwood Hills HOA is a voluntary neighborhood association with a social calendar. Unlike homeowners associations that have common area maintenance responsibilities, architectural control, and mandatory dues, Greenwood Hills HOA does not own property, has no responsibilities for maintenance or architectural control, and membership is voluntary. Dues are only $50 per household per year. This minimal sum is designed to provide financial support for the website and help defray the cost of social events. The organization offers residents opportunities to meet, socialize, and elect directors. Residents can sign up on this website here to receive email reminders about upcoming events.
